Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction/architecture/engineering/PM field.
• 5+ years of experience managing retail, banking, corporate interiors, renovation, or construction projects.
• Experience overseeing multi-site renovation programs and fast-track delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and construction administration.
• Experience working in occupied facilities while maintaining business continuity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and project management software platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple branch renovation and retail banking improvement projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders including banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones, critical paths, and delivery commitments are met.
• Ensure governance, standards, processes, and reporting frameworks are applied across projects.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, risk registers, and leadership updates.
• Oversee renovations to ensure compliance with design standards, brand, security, and operations.
