Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Project Supervisor to guide on-site teams, manage safety, schedules, and budgets, and ensure work meets scope and quality.

You will coordinate delivery crews, monitor progress, document daily activities, and act as the link between field teams and leadership to keep projects moving toward successful completion. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, with the ability to adapt to emergencies and changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes & manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget.
• Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractors schedule, according to scope of work.
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents.
• Manage receipts and approval change orders.
• Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings.
• Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets.
• Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response.
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
