Job summary

BELFOR Holdings Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with a restoration or construction focus. You will be the industry expert on BELFOR Cat teams supporting large, complex, and high-risk projects across regions.

Responsibilities include understanding BELFOR service lines, planning, budgeting, scheduling, supervising crews, coordinating with estimators, documenting progress, and ensuring safety and quality. Travel and nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or construction project management.
• Ability to manage projects over $1M with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand BELFOR service lines and apply them to projects.
• Plan, schedule, supervise crews, and manage safety and quality.
• Coordinate with estimators; document progress and changes.
• Provide field documentation, logs, and sketches for projects.
• Manage fixed bid and rate-and-material projects; handle invoicing documentation.
• Attend BELFOR safety training and travel as required.
