Kimley-Horn seeks a motivated Senior Project Manager to expand the Residential Land Development practice in Baltimore, MD. The role leads a team, manages key client relationships, and drives profitability with autonomy to shape the business.

Ideal candidates bring extensive development project experience, a track record in entitlements, and strong BD skills. The position offers a robust bonus program and potential path toward ownership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing residential land development projects.
• P.E. license or PLA preferred.
• Experience with entitlements and permit processing in local jurisdictions.
• Extensive client contacts with developers, land use attorneys, planners or landowners.
• Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Residential Land Development team and manage relationships with key clients.
• Provide vision, business planning and strategy; establish goals and communicate with partners and team.
• Grow and mentor staff; transition work to qualified staff and manage projects profitably.
• Maintain open communication with partners and team; act as a positive leader and mentor.
• Autonomy to lead, direct, and grow the business; potential for ownership through a bonus program.
