Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to expand the Land Development practice in Harrisburg, PA. You will lead a team, manage key client relationships, and guide strategic business planning with autonomy and accountability.

The role emphasizes ownership, profitability, and growth, with a substantial bonus program and potential path to ownership for the right candidate. Extensive client networks and civil engineering expertise are valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners.
• Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work.
• Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.
• Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably.

• Lead a Land Development team while building and managing relationships with key clients.
• Provide vision, business planning and strategy; establish goals.
