Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to expand our Land Development practice in Virginia Beach, VA. You will lead a Land Development team, manage key client relationships, and drive profitable project execution with autonomy and strategic vision.

The role emphasizes business development, mentoring staff, and growing the practice, with opportunities for ownership and a strong bonus program. Must have PE license and extensive local connections.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing land development projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
• Extensive client contacts with architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners or land owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Land Development team and manage key client relationships.
• Provide vision, strategy, goal setting, and positive leadership.
• Manage projects profitably, mentor staff, and grow the practice.
• Autonomously lead and grow the business with opportunity for ownership.
