Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in the United States to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. You will ensure resources, timelines, budgets, and deliverables align with business objectives and strategy.

You will apply Agile methodologies and PM practices, collaborate with senior leadership and external partners, and mentor colleagues to improve delivery outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
• PMP, CSM or SAFe certifications strongly preferred; significant project leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-wide agile projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans aligned with priorities and strategy.
• Lead enterprise Agile projects from concept to completion with timely delivery and impact.
• Identify risks early and implement practical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure clear ownership and collaboration.
• Communicate plans and progress to stakeholders; adjust plans as needed.
• Manage scope changes, assess impacts, and balance priorities and resources.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in project delivery.
• Support organizational change and stakeholder alignment during transitions.
• Apply advanced Agile knowledge and PM tools (Asana) for better coordination.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, and performance indicators; report to leadership.
