Jobgether is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Commercial Strategy & Innovation, to coordinate strategic priorities across consulting, communications, medical communications, payer solutions, data, AI, and technology from the United States. The role partners with senior leadership to bring structure to complex priorities, align stakeholders, and transform strategic discussions into actionable decisions and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, strategic operations, account management, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate complex initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills, attention to detail, prioritization and follow-through.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with sound judgment to anticipate needs and drive progress.
• Strategic thinking to connect meetings, opportunities and account plans to growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate account planning for priority pharmaceutical clients, including executive meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Manage senior leadership calendars and coordinate leadership and client activities; prepare agendas and materials.
• Maintain a forward-looking overview of account priorities, milestones, proposals, meetings, and cross-functional opportunities.
• Track the enterprise pipeline, account plans, opportunity stages, owners, next steps, and revenue attribution.
• Identify stalled opportunities and escalation points; address ownership gaps and decisions.
• Coordinate involvement of relationship executives, subject-matter experts, solution leads, and delivery teams based on client needs.
• Support revenue reporting by coordinating cross-functional inputs and tracking opportunities without owning revenue targets.
• Prepare stakeholders for strategic meetings with agendas, briefing documents, and account updates.
• Develop and implement repeatable account-planning tools, proposal processes, handoff workflows, governance models, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate post-meeting follow-through and governance activities; document commitments and ensure actions progress to completion.
