Job summary

Jobgether, a partner company listing, seeks a Senior IT Project Manager based in the United States. You will support the Strategic Portfolio Management Office (SPMO), helping strengthen enterprise-wide project portfolio management capabilities and streamline the PPM tool for project, program, and agile work.

From requirements gathering and testing to pilot programs and enterprise rollout, you will drive adoption, develop training materials, and ensure consistent usage across teams.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of IT project management experience.
• 2
• At least 3 years in program, portfolio, or agile management.
• Experience with software testing and creating training materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and the Microsoft Office suite.
• PMP, PgMP, PfMP, Scrum, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking using MS Project.
• Facilitate the adoption of change request workflows.
• Support configuration and development of portfolio, program, and agile modules in the PPM tool.
• Collaborate with the PPM tool development team on requirements, solution development, and testing.
• Lead pilot initiatives and enterprise-wide rollout of new capabilities.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Support governance committees in evaluating and prioritizing tool enhancements.
• Perform other duties to support project portfolio objectives.
