Highwire is a strategic marketing communications agency seeking an Account Director to lead and connect health and technology client accounts. You will drive standalone social and influencer programs while orchestrating integrated campaigns across social, content, paid, and web.

You will guide project managers and teams, ensure timely delivery, and act as a senior day-to-day client contact while growing the business with strategic insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in integrated marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in social strategy, influencer marketing, and/or integrated marketing within an agency environment.
• Experience with health and/or technology clients; cross-sector experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Program Execution: independently manage standalone social and influencer strategy and programs.
• Integrated Campaign Support: help lead campaigns spanning social, content, paid, and web.
• Client Relationship Management: be a day-to-day client contact and build trust with stakeholders.
• Client Needs & Insights: translate client objectives into actionable social, influencer, and integrated recommendations.
• Creative & Production Collaboration: brief and work with content, creative, and production teams on assets.
