Job summary

Superior Industries in Morris, MN is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex capital projects, combining construction management, budget control, and technical engineering oversight with a focus on safety and quality. You will mentor project managers and engineers, coordinate across Construction Management, Engineering, Installation, and Service teams, and drive schedules, budgets, and risk management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary construction or heavy industrial projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA/MSHA design parameters.
• Experience with ERP/E1, AutoCAD, Smartsheets and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage Project Managers and engineers to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Balance workload, assign projects, and monitor schedules and budgets.
• Oversee project execution from contract execution through commissioning and customer handoff.
