Job summary

Rexel USA seeks a Senior Project Manager to join the Capitol Light team on a REMOTE basis. You will manage high‑complexity projects, coordinate orders, shipments, and billing, and maintain clear communication with customers, sales, and vendors.

You will lead project teams, address OS&D issues, review POs for accuracy, and seek margin improvements. Occasional on‑site visits may be required to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of high profile/complex projects with strong product knowledge.
• Communicate with customers, expedite OS&Ds and resolve issues promptly.
• Review Purchase Orders to ensure requirements and terms are correct.
• Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and sales on pricing, orders, and returns.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and satisfaction.
• Determine vendors and requirements to improve project profitability.
• Manage delivery schedules, quality, updates, and back charges.
• Provide timely price quotes, requotes, and proposals.
• Deepen customer relationships; may require on-site visits.
