Job summary

Nucor Rebar Fabrication South Central in Flowood, MS, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex detailing projects from estimating to final completion. You will cultivate a positive customer service environment while maximizing profits and supporting the supply and install business.

The role requires reviewing contract documents, coordinating detailing with multiple stakeholders, and managing costs, schedules and change orders. Regular travel to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, OR three years of experience as a rebar detailer OR demonstrated construction project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents/drawings and coordinate detailing efforts to ensure cost-effective supply of products and services.
• Provide total contract management of each project including detailing, scheduling, delivery and costs.
• Oversee efforts to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled on assigned projects.
• Coordinate project requirements with contractor representatives, engineers and architects using company guidelines.
• Assist in change order processes and document changes with proper approvals.
