Nucor Rebar Fabrication Southeast in Lexington, NC is seeking a Supervisor for Project Managers to coordinate and oversee project management services across the Carolinas with the Detailing Lead. Travel to NRF divisions and job sites is required to ensure work is properly managed and coordinated with customers.

The role emphasizes safety, supervision of PM productivity and quality, and maintaining client communications.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• CAD design/drafting certificate issued from an accredited school or college or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Rebar Project Manager with at least 2 years with the Nucor Rebar Fabrication detailing system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the productivity and quality of Project Manager work so that it is done efficiently, accurately and with quality.
• Maintain oversight of the contacts between Project Managers and customers’ offices or job sites so that delivery information is available and problems can be resolved.
• Provide feedback during performance review process and recommend salary adjustments to the Sales Service Supervisor.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation and training of new Project Manager teammates.
• Keep apprised of technological developments in detailing methods and equipment and advise management accordingly.
• Produce reports as requested by management.
• Perform other duties as required by Sales Service Supervisor.
