Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years engineering design and manufacturing experience.
• Experience in customer interaction with multi-level stakeholders in a manufacturing environment.
• AutoCAD and/or Inventor knowledge.
• Familiar with FEA or structural analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full project drawing sets in AutoCAD.
• Estimate projects with quotes, takeoffs, and sourcing.
• Engineer structural racking and components.
• Design new products and custom parts for development.
• Assist manufacturing, installation, testing, and documentation to ensure design compliance.
• Prepare bill of materials and specifications for projects.
• Support on-time project delivery within budget.
• Visit job sites for measurements and inspections.
• Contribute to lean product development and value engineering.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
