Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in public works, municipal roadway, drainage, detention, water/wastewater utility design.
• Experience in developing project scopes, professional services fee structures, and staffing projections.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the design and construction of infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with consultant teams and manage design staff workloads.
• Support business development activities with team leaders.

Skills

Strong technical writing and communication skills

Proficiency in project management

Team-oriented work style across multiple offices and disciplines

AutoCAD Civil 3D experience

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Arizona
