Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Mobile Video solutions, owning project scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. This remote role requires travel 50-75% and to coordinate with government and public safety stakeholders.

You will manage resources, perform risk and change control, and report to senior leadership, driving pre-tax profit across projects while ensuring compliance with CJIS policy where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Project Management, or Program Management with PMP Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers.

Responsibilities

• Leads large projects by developing detailed project plans, managing timelines and resources, and establishing clear goals.
• Identifies and mitigates risks, and develops corrective action plans with knowledge of PMBOK/PRINCE2.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of the project.
