Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Mobile Video solutions. You’ll be the focal point for all aspects of assigned projects, delivering scope on schedule and within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You’ll use PM tools, allocate resources, and report to customers and senior stakeholders. Travel is significant (50-75%), with CJIS security requirements and a strong emphasis on pre-tax profit across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Management, or Technology.
• 5 years of experience in Project Management, or Program Management with PMP Certification required.
• Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.

Responsibilities

• Leads large projects by developing detailed project plans, managing timelines and resources.
• Identifies and mitigates risks, and develops corrective action plans.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of the project.
