Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Mobile Video solutions, coordinating resources and ensuring on-time delivery within budget. The role requires interaction with customer stakeholders and internal teams to maintain satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project/program management, and familiarity with public safety tech. This is a remote role with travel in the Central US region and a base salary in a defined range.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Project Management, or Program Management.
• Experience with public safety software or mobile video solutions is a plus.
• Ability to obtain a government background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Leads large projects by developing detailed project plans, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Identifies and mitigates risks, and develops corrective action plans; reports status to upper management.
• Prepares reports for senior management regarding project status and outcomes.
