Job summary

Eaton’s Fibrebond engineering team in Minden, LA is seeking a Lead Project Manager to guide multiple power distribution projects from sale to delivery. You will be the customer’s single in-house contact, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost are controlled while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and production.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in engineering or project management, with strong communication, scheduling, and problem‑ solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Five years of experience in engineering, project management, or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to read and understand building drawings, site plans, and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple power distribution projects from sales order to delivery.
• Serve as the customer’s single in-house contact and manage scope changes.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and field services.
• Prepare and review project schedules and ERP data for accuracy.
