Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Sector - ARS division seeks an Engineering & Projects Manager onsite at Fibrebond in Minden, LA. You will own the overall project delivery strategy for the Data Center portfolio, aligning priorities with objectives, revenue goals, and customer commitments.

Leads a team of Project Managers/Engineers, defines structure, collaborates with HR, and ensures changes are managed in ERP. Salary ranges and incentives apply, relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Six years of progressive experience in project/program management, engineering, or operations leadership.
• One year of experience leading people and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read and understand building drawings and site plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers; set performance expectations and drive accountability.
• Define organizational structure, roles, and succession plans for the team.
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
• Communicate directly with the customer and their representatives.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with customer specifications and tracks changes in ERP.
