Job summary

Acara Solutions, An Aleron Company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Technical Manufacturing in Milwaukee to lead multiple R&D and NPD initiatives from concept through production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer groups to deliver innovative products on time and within budget.

Expect a hands-on role managing project plans, schedules, risks, and budgets, while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on technical projects.
• Experience from concept to delivery across product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for R&D and NPD initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Partner with customers to translate requirements into specs.
• Monitor scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Communicate status and actions to leadership and customers.
• Utilize PM tools (MS Project, Planner) to manage execution.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle times.
• Maintain project documentation and PM processes.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers.
