Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Project Leader to drive multiple engineering initiatives in power tools and manufacturing systems. You will provide project management, technical direction, and cross-functional leadership to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

You'll review designs, manage risk, coordinate with global manufacturing, and guide DFMA efforts while communicating progress to stakeholders and leading project meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years engineering experience.
• Experience managing multiple moderate-high complexity projects.
• Ability to lead design reviews and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple moderate to highly complex engineering projects with minimal direction.
• Provide project management and technical direction to ensure timely implementation.
• Lead design projects and review work of designers and engineers.
• Communicate project status, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
