Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for R&D and NPD initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Gather and translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Monitor scopes, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables throughout development.
• Communicate status, milestones, and budget performance to leadership and customers.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Project or Planner to manage execution.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure delivery.
• Drive process improvements to shorten development cycles and improve execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while balancing technical and business objectives.
