Job summary

Aquent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead a critical post-acquisition integration in a financial services setting. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional workstreams, incorporating third-party portfolios, and aligning vendor management, risk, and procurement frameworks.

This is an individual contributor position under an Integration Lead, requiring strong structure, discipline, and executive communication.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with complex, cross-functional integrations.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple parallel workstreams while driving results.
Experience with vendor management, third-party portfolios, or risk/compliance programs.
Ability to produce clear, executive-level integration reporting.
Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Drive the third-party integration program across multiple concurrent workstreams with key partners.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Track interdependencies and escalate risks to maintain momentum.
Perform gap/variance analyses and support interim operating model design.
Coordinate interim processes and oversight to mitigate identified gaps before full integration.
Monitor synergy tracking: overlaps, cost opportunities, and risk reductions.
Prepare senior management integration reporting and governance materials.
