Job summary

Aquent Studios, embedded within our Managed Services team, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end client communications for high-priority initiatives across multiple COEs. You will govern intake, lead the Gated Strategic Priorities Review, and optimize workflows with Workfront, while engaging senior leadership and external partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior project management experience in an agency, managed services, or embedded model.
• Polished and articulate with ability to present to executive stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with experience addressing bottlenecks.
• Advanced proficiency with Workfront or similar enterprise PM tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client communications initiatives from intake through execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external agency partners.
• Establish governance, meeting cadences, decision rights, and escalation paths for complex programs.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards, status reports, and briefings to maintain portfolio visibility.
• Manage enterprise intake, prioritization, and resource alignment across multiple units.
• Oversee gated Strategic Priorities Review process and governance across initiatives.
• Coordinate resources and workflows to balance workloads and optimize throughput.
