• Alternative: Bachelor's in business disciplines with 1+ year of project coordination/ support on construction projects.
• Non‑degree holders must have 4+ years in construction/engineering or related field; desire to advance education.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate contracts, drawings, estimates, and specs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate information flows between owner, architects, engineers, contractors and related entities.
• Maintain document controls and ensure adherence to project procedures and schedules.
• Participate in project meetings, document actions, and track statuses.
• Assess and monitor contractor, architect, engineer, and provider contractual requirements on safety, performance, and staffing.
