Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in design engineering, including 3+ years managing projects.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Proven success in project management and client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept to closeout.
• Develop scope, schedule, and budgets; manage risks and changes.
• Coordinate design teams and manage client expectations.
• Lead proposals, cost estimates, and contract negotiations.
• Mentor project team and manage internal communications.
