Job summary

KHS, a leading manufacturer of filling and packaging systems, seeks a Project Manager for major long-term machinery projects. You will review proposals, set schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scope definition, and regular communication with management. Travel up to 50% may be required to sites and customer locations. This role requires CAD literacy and engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• Three years of engineering/technical experience with packaging machinery.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project proposal to determine schedule, cost estimates, procedures, staffing requirements, and resources for major long-term machine projects.
• Prepares and manages project budgets and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses.
• Prepares the Project Scope with goals, risks, roles, WBS, and deliverables, and communicates them effectively.
