For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Federal Programs to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will lead complex federal programs within a project management environment, with responsibility for guiding scope, delivery, staffing, and client relationships. The position partners closely with technical teams and business development stakeholders to support successful execution and growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep engineering project leadership experience and the ability to balance delivery excellence with strong client service in a construction-focused setting.

This is an on-site opportunity based in Alexandria, VA.

Location: Alexandria, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $207,686 – $331,758 annually
