Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of program or project management experience in construction.
• Experience with large, complex industrial projects and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for customer project management matters.
• Review and understand work orders and service agreements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and create all change orders on projects.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and forecasts; liaise with cross-functional teams.
