Power Solutions, a Dycom Industries operating company, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead off-site modular electrical skidding projects. You will coordinate design, production, QA, and warehouse activities to ensure safe, on-time delivery of switchgear, panels, transformers, and related assemblies.

The role emphasizes organizing project plans, maintaining schedules, and driving cross-functional collaboration across vendors, contractors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five years of project management or related experience.
• Manufacturing or modular construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, equipment schedules, and project submittals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, project trackers, RFIs, meeting documentation, and multiple project deliverables.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with project teams and stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with project teams to initiate skid design and production activities.
• Track equipment lists, skid quantities, project phasing, delivery schedules, and critical path milestones.
• Maintain project documentation including open item logs, RFIs, logs, and trackers.
• Coordinate with metal fabricators and vendors on releases, fabrication status, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Quality Control on OFCI equipment receiving and inspections.
• Coordinate NETA testing, torque verification, and required testing documentation.
• Prepare and maintain submittals, handoff packages, installation guides, shipping plans, and closeout docs.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among General Contractors, Prefabrication, BIM, Warehouse, Quality Control, Testing, Vendors, and Electrical Contractors.
