Job summary

Modular Power Solutions, Inc. is seeking a high-level Project Manager III to oversee large, complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. The role emphasizes client liaison, contract questions, and identifying new opportunities with existing customers.

The ideal candidate will have a construction/PM background, 7+ years in program management, and proficiency with ACC, Power BI, and Oracle. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• Program management experience in industrialized construction.
• Expert knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, and related methods.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in equipment/methods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for all customer project management matters.
• Review work orders and service agreements thoroughly.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Navigate nuances of client relations among trusted accounts.
• Create agenda and guide Kickoff Meetings for stakeholders.
• Anticipate concerns impacting timely delivery and meet customer needs and objectives.
• Foster new business opportunities with existing clients and identify improvements to meet sales quotas.
• Manage multi-year forecasts and track key account metrics.
• Contribute and present program metrics for client reviews.
• Maintain relationships with BD team to grow opportunities.
• Assist with challenging requests or escalations as needed.
