Modular Power Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, high-complexity projects. You will create detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

You will address client questions, manage scope changes, and pursue new opportunities with existing clients. The role requires extensive PM experience in construction, strong relationships with clients, and proficiency with ACC, Power BI, and Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Expert knowledge of construction technology, scheduling and methods.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in program management or industrialized construction.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the subject matter expert for all customer project management matters.
• Review and thoroughly understand work orders and service agreements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Navigate nuances of client relations amongst peers within trusted account relationships.
• Create agenda and guide kickoff meetings with stakeholders.
• Anticipate concerns impacting timely and successful delivery.
• Foster new business opportunities with existing clients and growth.
• Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics.
• Contribute and present program metrics for client reviews.
• Maintain relationships with BD team to identify opportunities.
• Assist with escalation handling and challenging requests.
• Manage ongoing customer site requirements.
• Act as single point of contact and own proposal process.
• Review and prepare CAC accounting for internal review and guidance.
• Mentor junior program managers on CAC process.
• Proactively manage multiple high-complexity activities to meet deadlines.
• Negotiate and create all change orders on projects for internal approval.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
