Talent Edge Recruiting seeks a seasoned Project Manager for a seven-year, on-site deployment in Abilene, TX. Lead execution from planning through completion, coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safety, schedule, and budget.

Strong client relations and hands-on leadership are essential. The role requires 10+ years of PM experience in heavy industrial or oil/gas projects, with expertise in scheduling, forecasting, and project controls.

Qualifications

• 10 years of construction project management experience with team leadership or management roles.
• Experience owning projects from scope through field execution.
• Background in oil/gas, pipeline, heavy industrial, or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong scheduling, cost management, forecasting, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from planning through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, budgets, cost controls, forecasting, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, documentation, and project reporting.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate updates, handling scoping/cost conversations.
