Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years of experience in oil & gas or related industry in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Project management across engineering phases from basic to construction per contract.
• Ensure the delivered product meets quality standards and contract requirements.
• Utilize project management methodologies, systems, and tools as defined by the company.
• Lead project teams and coordinate communication among functional representatives.
• Track schedule and budget, report status to management and customer as needed.
• Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule events.
• Prepare periodic management and customer reports and presentations.
• Approve and coordinate engineering project teams; conduct kickoff and project meetings.
