Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years practical engineering experience in pipelines / petroleum terminals / utility field(s).
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and standards (49 CFR Part 192/195 and API 1102).
• Project management experience on small to large projects under supervision of senior engineers.
• Possess and maintain valid driver's license and be insurable by company's insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to project team including internal and external service providers.
• Create and direct controls for assigned projects.
• Provide accurate monthly project cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate encroachments design and construction activities with multiple teams to ensure safety and pipeline reliability.
• Review encroachments inquiries, drawings, loads, vibrations, and coordinate with Damage Prevention.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for facilities near company sites.
• Prioritize workload across multiple projects and communicate status to management.
• Prepare monthly encroachments projects status reports.
