Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major 10-year construction program in Abilene, TX. The role requires full ownership of planning, scheduling, cost control, and field execution with coordination across civil, electrical, and mechanical teams.

Must have 7+ years of PM experience in commercial/industrial construction, be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future, and proficient with Primavera P6 and Procore.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience with true ownership.
• Experience in commercial/industrial construction and large programs.
• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day project execution from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate permits, utility interfaces, and scheduling milestones.
• Manage subcontractors and field coordination across trades.
• Create RFIs and change orders; monitor costs and progress.
• Provide forecasts, variance reporting, and invoice reviews.
• Use Primavera P6 and Procore for project controls.
