Cumming Group in Redmond, WA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project teams on medium to large-scale projects, coordinating scope, cost, and schedule while communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in project management or construction management, a BS in a related field, and certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary and robust benefits.

Competenze

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• Preferred certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED

Mansioni

• Lead a project team for one or more projects of medium to large size or complexity.
• Define technical scope of project.
• Coordinate, administer, and communicate project tasks to promote repeat business.
• Review cost estimates for projects.
• Manage project-level conflict resolution.
• Maintain monthly project budgets for current and forecasted expenditures.
• Communicate with the client and provide regular reports.
• Achieve the client’s objectives by managing project goals and deliverables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
