Qualifications

BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
Certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED.

Responsibilities

Lead a project team for one or more projects of medium to large size or complexity.
Define technical scope of the project and manage cost, schedule, and scope.
Maintain monthly project budgets and client communications with regular reports.
Promote repeat business and develop favorable client references.
Monitor and resolve project-level conflicts and ensure on-site management.
