Job summary

Upgrade Resources is seeking a Project Manager / Sr. PM for an on-site role in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead construction projects from initiation to closeout, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The Senior PM level will be determined by experience and scope, with compensation aligned to responsibilities. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, ESOP, and strong growth opportunities within an employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience; 7+ years for Senior PM level.
• Proven success delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful completion of high-quality projects within timelines and budgets.
• Manage scope changes, assess materials, and negotiate contracts.
• Review reports and provide status updates and cost analyses.
• Lead meetings, pre-job planning, and ensure clear requirements across teams.
• Arrange subcontracts and equipment buy-outs to support schedules.
• Assemble and load project estimates into cost systems.
• Communicate issues to management promptly and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare monthly billings and ensure cash flow; close out projects.
