Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

About the Opportunity

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager and lead innovative commercial construction projects from conception to completion. We're seeking an experienced professional who excels in team leadership, project execution, and stakeholder management to drive successful outcomes on high-value commercial and industrial projects.

Impact You'll Make

• Drive end-to-end project success by developing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring quality standards across commercial construction initiatives
• Build and mentor high-performing project teams while fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement
• Optimize project delivery through effective coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Provide strategic oversight of project financials, including budget management, pay applications, and change orders
• Lead quality assurance efforts through regular site inspections and thorough document review
• Deliver clear and impactful communications through weekly/monthly client reporting

What You Bring

• Proven track record of successfully leading commercial construction projects, with expertise in team management and project delivery
• Strong foundation in construction principles, demonstrated through a degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in commercial and industrial construction, with knowledge of current industry standards and best practices
• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities, with a talent for building positive relationships across diverse teams
• Proficiency in construction management software and technology tools
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Viewpoint, Procore, or Bluebeam software
• Experience with light industrial and tilt-up construction projects
• Background in sustainable construction practices
