SSOE Group is seeking a Project Manager for our Process Operations team to lead multi-discipline engineering and design projects from scope development through complete design packages and execution.

The role involves coordinating client requirements, budgeting, and scheduling, with travel to client locations; a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering is required. CAPM/PMP is preferred, with 5 years in design/construction and at least 2 in PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Registration (CAPM or PMP) preferred.
• Five years of experience in design and construction, with at least two years in project management.
• Ability to effectively manage the financial aspects of a project.

Responsabilités

• Establishes project scope with discipline leads and managers; plans work, design direction, and tasks.
• Communicates client requirements to each discipline.
• Prepares project budget and schedule to measure progress.
• Prepares fee proposals and manages timetables and changes.
• Develops project plans, establishes controls, monitors progress, and takes corrective action.
