CORE is a national occupational medicine provider seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Baton Rouge, LA. The role oversees the full project life cycle, partnering with the VP of Staffing to meet client contracts and financial goals.

The position emphasizes staffing, clinical governance, and client relations, with a broad focus on compliance, payroll, and program delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of relevant occupational medicine, management, and/or project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and compensation decisions.
• Clinical: provide direction for medical matters, substance testing, and occupational testing.
• Client Relations: communicate with clients to resolve issues and improve operations.
• Labor: manage billable positions and staffing flexibility as needed.
• Travel: willingness to travel for site visits and meetings.
• Other duties: perform additional tasks as assigned.
