Job summary

CORE Occupational Medicine is seeking a Project Manager to lead project lifecycles and ensure successful execution with minimal supervision under the VP of Staffing. The role oversees scheduling, audits, and facility compliance, while coordinating staffing and onboarding processes.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 5+ years in occupational medicine or project management, and strong MS Office proficiency to support data-driven decisions and client reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of relevant occupational medicine, management, and/or project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee life cycle and successful execution of each project.
• Supervise Project Coordinator duties and project schedules with Centralized Scheduler.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, directives, and programs; assist onboarding.
• Coordinate launches and demobilizations; site visits and audits quarterly or per contract.
