CORE Occupational Medicine is seeking a Project Manager to lead project lifecycles and ensure successful execution with minimal supervision under the VP of Staffing. The role oversees scheduling, audits, and facility compliance, while coordinating staffing and onboarding processes.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 5+ years in occupational medicine or project management, and strong MS Office proficiency to support data-driven decisions and client reporting.
The Project Manager is an essential part of the organization’s overall operations strategy that works with minimal supervision under the direction of the Vice President of Staffing and/or designee(s). S/he is responsible for the overall life cycle and successful execution of each project.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s degree strongly preferred.
Non-restricted professional medical license.
Multistate Compact license required for RNs.
TWIC Card
DOT examiners certification-preferred
DOT specimen collector certification- preferred
Certified BAT technician- preferred
NIOSH approved spirometry course- preferred
Must possess advanced MS Office skills, to include but not limited to:
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research, define, and develop solutions to complex issues.
Five (5) or more years of relevant occupational medicine, management, and/or project management experience preferred.
