Job summary

ProSource Group in New York City seeks an experienced Ground-Up Superintendent to lead the field delivery of a multi-storey residential development in Manhattan. You will personally own site operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedule, safety, and quality from groundwork to handover.

The role requires a proven track record on ground-up projects valued at $30M+ and full-site presence in Manhattan, with NYC high-rise experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Strong ground-up construction experience essential.
• Projects valued at $30M+ experience.
• Knowledge of field operations, safety, and scheduling.
• Site-based in Manhattan.
• NYC high-rise residential experience desirable.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics.
• Drive look-aheads and master schedule with recovery planning.
• Maintain safety, quality, and site organization.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and field changes.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and site progress meetings.
• Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and approvals.
• Identify field issues and resolve with the Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project communications.
• Oversee punch-list, closeout and final handover.
