Job summary

VaynerMedia is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager for New Business to shape proposals, staff structures, and multi-market client solutions. You will translate opportunities into actionable plans, manage the end-to-end lifecycle, and coordinate with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Delivery to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires expertise in client-facing proposal shaping and cross-functional scoping, with the ability to navigate Vayner’s delivery frameworks and drive efficient

Qualifications

• Experience in both project management and production environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end proposal lifecycle from brief to submission.
• Partner with Growth and New Business leads to translate opportunities into proposals.
• Co-design staffing structures and align with Strategy, Creative, Media and Delivery leads.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement on vendor onboarding, terms, and budgets.
• Package and present commercial proposals to prospective clients with staffing and deliverables.
• Build flexible commercial options within budgets without compromising execution quality.
• Coordinate with global hubs to manage multi-market logistics and time zones.
• Lead transition of winning proposals to live Client Partner and Production teams.
