Job summary

VaynerMedia is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager for New Business to shape proposals, staff structures, and multi-market client solutions. You will translate opportunities into actionable plans, manage the end-to-end lifecycle, and coordinate with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Delivery to ensure successful outcomes.

The PITCH.

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our dedicated New Business function, bringing a robust understanding of social media, global integrated campaigns, and production execution and can channel that operational expertise into shaping Vayner’s proposals, staffing structures, and multi-market client solutions. We would love someone who has experience in both client-facing proposal shaping and cross-functional operational scoping, with the ability to quickly master and navigate Vayner’s unique delivery frameworks.

Here’s where you come in…

• Partner closely with Growth and New Business leads to translate raw client opportunities into clear, actionable proposals.

• Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle from brief to submission, keeping senior cross-functional leads on track, accountable, and aligned against tight turnaround timelines.

• Co-designing realistic staffing structures and marrying that to our product set with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Delivery leads.

• Collaborate with internal and external Finance and Procurement stakeholders to manage vendor onboarding, commercial terms, and budget approvals.

• Package and present commercial proposals directly to prospective clients, confidently delivering the operational scope, staffing model, and deliverables.

• Build flexible, considered commercial options that solve client needs within budget constraints without compromising execution quality.

• Align all proposals with Vayner’s operational model and required delivery minimums.

• Breakdown complex master proposals into multi-market line items, regional budgets, and localised execution teams

• Coordinate with global hubs to manage multi-market logistics, time zone differences, and cross-border resourcing.

Lead the official transition of winning proposals to live Client Partner and Production teams to ensure seamless hand-offs.

• Understanding of different channels, including relevant social media platforms and their requirements

• You’ll have experience within both project management and production environments

• A positive, cool, calm and collected approach to problem-solving

• Hands-on experience and ownership of complex, multi-stream projects, requiring senior stakeholder management

• You’re comfortable speaking up and providing clear direction in the room when the team needs it

• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Budget development and contract (SOW) writing experience

• Ability to recognise and solve potential problems, elevate issues or conflicts and continually evaluate project effectiveness.

• A strong understanding of creative development and asset creation processes

• Ability to thrive and remain agile in a fast-paced environment

• Strong self-awareness and people-management skills
