Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of a portfolio of complex renovations and make-ready projects in the multi-family sector. You will manage 25–40 active WIP projects, coordinate with owners’ representatives, subcontractors, and field teams, and ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience managing high-volume (multi-site) complex construction, renovation, capital expenditure, or make-ready projects.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects from planning through closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, concrete).
• Experience building and managing subcontractor networks across multiple trades.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, estimating, scheduling, and WIP management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, project scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation to closeout using advanced tools to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of 25–40 active WIP projects across recurring properties; set productivity goals.
• Enforce safety programs and ensure OSHA/EM 385-1-1 compliance; manage work in specialized environments.
• Oversee WIP, budgets, forecasts, and progress payments; collaborate with sales to estimate gross profit and process change orders.
• Source and manage an independent subcontractor network across multiple trades.
• Coordinate pre-construction walks and on-site logistics; develop risk trackers and manage on-site inventory as needed.
